Sparrow and Thread is a small handmade business offering crochet jewelry and accessories. All products are crafted with care and attention to detail.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You agree to these Terms of Service and our Return Policy

2. Products & Handmade Nature

Each item is made by hand, so slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur. This is part of the uniqueness and charm of handmade goods and not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept secure payments via [Stripe, PayPal, Credit/Debit, etc. — update based on what you use]. Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

4. Shipping

Processing times are listed on each product page. Once your order ships, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Return Policy for detailed information. We offer:

  • Refunds within 14 days (return shipping paid by customer)

  • 75% store credit between 15–30 days

  • No returns after 30 days

  • Damaged items can be replaced with proof within 3 days of delivery

All designs, photos, logos, and content on this site are the property of Sparrow and Thread and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your information will only be used to fulfill your order or communicate directly with you. We never sell or share your data.
