Thank you for shopping at Sparrow and Thread. Every piece is handcrafted with care, and we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping information below:

✿ Processing Times

All items are handmade to order unless noted otherwise.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for your item to be created and prepared for shipping.
• Custom or bulk orders may take longer—we’ll contact you with an estimated timeline.

✿ Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
• Orders under $35: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Free shipping on all orders $35 or more (before tax).

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipping.

✿ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of USPS, we can’t guarantee delivery speed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local post office first. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees.

✿ Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@sparrowandthread.co with clear photos of the damage. We will gladly remake and reship the item at no additional cost to you.
